Wow! A long break for everyone. One week long. AND I must say, we all needed the long break, badly. I mean, that doesn't happen too often eh? Make us feel like we are having one of those semester breaks or something. Damn, I miss school. Especially the holidays!

The CNY break was great. Spent the first 5 days at my hometown back in KB. Attended lots of wedding invitations and family gatherings. Talking about wedding, Selamat Pengantin Baru once again kepada Shamsuri & Nur Hanani. (Jgn lupa fwd gambar nanti yek?) Gi sana ngan long time friend, Komeng-si-betis-tebal! And Danish pretty much stole the spotlight masa pengantin pompuan nak amik gambar dengan a group of kids before pengantin laki sampai. Ada satu masa tu tgh org nak ready dok posing and say cheese, tetiba Danish lari ke depan and all of them terpaksa tunggu Danish masuk group balik utk amik gambar! Pengantin pompuan pon dah berpeluh dah masa tu. And this boy actually made the raja pompuan sehari waited for him! Haha, that's really something. I think it must have to do something with those motivation quotes Honey always read during her pregnancy. "Always, always make your presence felt". There you have it!

One more proud announcement, Korie si hero Seberang Takir had also tied the knot on 30th Jan. Same akad nikah day with Suri. The reception on the other hand will be held somewhere in May. Selamat Pengantin Baru gak kepada hero ku ini. Hero? Haha, long story...

On a sadder note, which I forgot to update due to the China trip time contrain, Zaki's future mother-in-law; Faridah's mother passed away on 16th Jan after a long time battle with cancer. She undergo an operation 5 years ago after going for chimo twice and lived an excellent 5 years. However, she was having some breathing problems during ramadhan last year and was hospitalized ever since. The doctor suspected that her heart was having mulfunction due to the effect from the chimos she had earlier. I was having a kue-tiau with Zaki at Kelana Jaya before we got the news. Al-fatihah.
