Hi again people! Long time no see. I must admit that it's not a nice thing to do to have people reading to your daily rumbling (ye ker pon?) and all of a sudden, you just lost in the air and stopped; having people out there cursing you for not updating. It's not that people are THAT excited to read your blog or those kinda poyo stuffs but it just helps them getting rid of their boredoom during those pain-in-the-neck office hours. And yeah, it can get really amusing, really.

DON'T BOTHER WITH EXCUSES, I know. So, I'm not. Well, I AM and WILL actually. Depends on how you see it. My trusty laptop has failed me misserably since the last day I updated my blog. This one day I was browsing through the net when suddenly Danish came and pulled the AC power cable from the laptop. The battery was already kong so, the laptop just went off. BLANK! Frustrated but at the same time not wanting to be mean with the little kid, I just amik my laptop and simpan. Tetiba the next day I received an sms from my boss.

"WAN(my officemates call me by my first name), FWD ME UR MPC PRESENTATION, NEED TO COMPILE IT BY TONITE! URGENT."

So, I just ON my laptop and waited. Not wanting to wait for it to load, I went to the kitchen and made myself a nice, hot Milo. BUT the moment I came back, the screen was still blank although the laptop was running alright. Damn! So, I waited and waited. Suddenly I've realized that the screen was out of order as if the fuse is burnt or something as all I could see everything blur and blank. I glanced at the clock on the wall. Big boss need it tonight huh? This is great... boy, this is gonna be a long night...

The next day I sent the laptop to JM. She said that she has to sent it back to HP to check the problem. After a couple of days, HP sent her an email with a quotation to fix the matter - a cruel RM2890.00 to replace the screen!!! The battery is also RM500 plus. (Shit, there goes my pay for the month!) JM called me one fine morning and told me that she will take back the laptop from HP since the cost was too expensive and will give me another laptop while waiting for mine. She said maybe HP is finding the easy way out and gave full charge to replace the screen instead of fixing the problem. I dunno. The next thing I know, JM had sent it to a freelancer; dealing with faulty PC and notebooks and guess what, the guy has asked for an RM580 to get the screen fixed! Can you believe that? Wowww...

And yeah, we celebrated raya haji yesterday. Selamat Hari Raya Haji! Didn't went back to Kelantan for raya since I got to attend the Kickoff Meeting on Friday. Got to preppare and get ready for the China trip as well for the MPC Distributor Meeting next week. So I guess Chinese New Year break baru balik kot since mum pon should be home from haji during that time, Insya Allah. Hakim also has just started his industrial training and won't be back to celebrate raya as well. And yeah, the news in Mekah the other day really left us at home shivering. Apparently, the building involved in the sad incident is the hostel that accommodate orang2 India dan Zimbabwe yg bersebelahan dgn penempatan rakyat2 Malaysia. Harap2nya, bonda selamat pergi dan selamat kembali, insya Allah. And yeah, it's Kickoff tomorrow. Wish me luck!
