| Do Women Outlive Men?
Jam packed with all complications I was experiencing with blogger.com, I almost forgot to address here that Sharil's wife; an office mate of mine - has safely given birth to a baby boy last Saturday. Ida also sms me last night which sounded like :-
"Ida dah bsalin kat ampang puteri 5.50pm. baby boy 3.58kg"
I was like, 'Alhamdulillah' when I read the sms. Out of a sudden I went,... 'Baby boy...?' Gosh. I think the male population is trying to catching up with the females despite the ratio. A report from the Census Bureau shows that, since 1990, the number of males in the state has grown faster than the number of females - but men are still outnumbered. Scary huh? Really... women still outlive men.
Hmppph... I wonder what's my 5-months-pregant child's gonna be? Boy or girl?
Haha, talking about pregnant, I remember one incident which I'm about to tell you here. After my wife and I found out we were expecting our first child, we went to a Japanese restaurant to celebrate. Her fortune cookie read, "What you do in private will soon be made public"Damn, is that psychic or what?!
And yeah, having this chance, I'd like to give a shoutout to my sister, Farah back in KB with the message, Congratulations for earning a spot in UPM! May all your dreams come true sis...
